		<description>Thanks Dave. I too can attest that keeping the Sabbath has counterintuitive benefits. I also feel rejuvinated physically and spiritually from my Sundays away from the regular week. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think this is one of those commandments that demonstrates that the Lord knows us better than we know ourselves; that is, he knows we &lt;i&gt;need&lt;/i&gt; the Sabbath, not only as a time to draw closer to him, but also for our own well-being. Though others may see it as restrictive, I find it incredibly liberating.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The world is missing out.</description>
