Love this post. We look to forward to General Conference so much that it's hard to put into words our anticipation or how blessed I feel to be able have such a spiritual feast for two full days. But this post makes me even more excited. Can't wait!

I think it should be pointed out that the Sunday morning session starts at 10 am, not 1 am. It's not 11 hours long.
I am so excited for this. It's more than people speaking to the world, which they are. But if you take the effort to listen well, you may find that these men are speaking to you, answering your questions and helping with your problems.
And it is way easier to understand than Isaiah.

I hope that anyone who has the opportunity to attend a session (or all sessions) of General Conference will take the opportunity. Sometimes it is hard for us to explain what it is like to listen to a Prophet's voice, so if you are at all curious, I too would like to encourage you to go.

If you do not live in Utah, you can attend General Conference at any LDS meetinghouse in your city. Most people do dress up to go, but it is not required to attend.

Truly President Monson is the Lord's Prophet on the earth today. You will be blessed if you take the time to listen to what he has to say.
